Anyone ever heard of this new thing called Monsuno?

It's the latest toyetic battling anime to hit the market, I think. It's slightly newer than Dagedar.

Anyway, what do you guys think? Bakugan ripoff or not? I dunno... it's a game that involves stat cards and folded figurines you roll out and let unfold/stand. Plus, like Bakugan, the show is a split venture between Japan and the West. Not to mention the website uses the same hi-tech metallic framing motif as the Bakugan website does. It sounds like it was at least inspired by Bakugan. I almost made this in the Off Topic section, but it was so similar to Bakugan that I thought it should go here.

But this is all my own personal conjecture. I don't know that much about this. It airs on Nicktoons Network, and I don't get that channel so I don't know anything about it. If this belongs in Off Topic, someone please move it there. Anyway, 4 episodes have aired so far, does this sound like something you'd be interested in?

Like I said on MyBakugan2, I doubt I'll watch it if they do it the same way they ended Bakugan.

That reminds me, the finale to Mechtanium Surge was stealth aired on a random Thursday, so a lot of people missed it. Fortunately, I did not. And I think Mechtanium Surge's ending kinda petered out. Not the best ending, IMO.

Which is why I'm depending on BakuTech! to be good, and also make it over here, to America and Canada.

Also, looked into the web presence, apparently it doesn't have a community forum or anything. Too bad, I was looking forward to getting good and earning a name in the community forum. But it doesn't have a community forum.

It's not known that it'll make its way to the US or Canada just yet. But it's premiering in Japan in April. How long did it take for Canada to get Bakugan premieres when it debuted in Japan?
